The Service is provided by Readrly Ltd ("Readrly", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in the United Kingdom. These Terms form a legal agreement between Readrly and the parent or guardian ("you") who creates and manages an account on behalf of a child.

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login details secure and confidential.
• Supervising your child's use of the Service and the activity under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service.
• Attempt to access the Service in an unauthorised way.
• Use the Service in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks behind it.

All content within Readrly — including stories, characters, artwork, designs, logos, and software — is owned by Readrly or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content outside the Service without our prior written permission.

Some features of Readrly may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you buy. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are subject to that store's terms, and you can manage or cancel them through your app store account.

Your privacy and your child's privacy matter to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep Readrly safe, reliable, and enjoyable, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Readrly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached or if we need to protect our users or the Service. Some provisions, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply after termination.
